Clicking on the links below will take you to our cottage calendars enabling you to see which weeks are available. The calendars are set up so that you can book the week you require on line - just follow the on screen instructions. We do not, however, have the facility to take your payment online. Please see below for instructions on how to pay by debit/credit card or cheque.  If would prefer to book using the telephone or if you have a question/query you would like to discuss then please give us a call. Our contact numbers are at the side of this page!

 These discounts apply until October 31st 2008 and from April 18th to October 31st 2009 - outside of school holidays. The online booking confirmation will not include these discounts. We will confirm the actual price when we acknowledge your booking. Children in cots do not count toward occupancy. We can supply cots but you must supply bedding.

If you are bringing a dog or dogs with you to stay at Colesent please make sure you have read and are happy to comply with our Dog Policy!!

Payment Instructions

 Debit and Credit card payments are accepted. Credit card payments will incur a 1.5% surcharge. UK debit cards will not incur a surcharge. You will need to phone us to process your payment as we do not have an internet based credit/debit card service. If you are going to use the online booking service please click on the links above to do so and then call us to process your card. Feel free to call anytime up to about 10.00pm. If you are a night owl or not in the UK then book you holiday slot and then phone us the following day to make your card payment! Of course you can still pay by cheque if you wish!  Cheques payable to Gary & Maureen Newman. We will ask you to print off the booking form (In the list of links on the left), fill it in, and send it to us at Colesent. If you can scan it and send as an attachment then that is fine too!

 

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. If booking within 8 weeks of the holiday date then the full balance is payable straight away.
